SPECIFICATIONS :

• Two participants from each college are invited where one will be in support of the debate topic and the other participant’s opinion will be in against of the given topic.
• There will be total three rounds in debate competition
• ROUND 1 (YOUR VIEW) : Each participant will be given maximum 5 minutes to put forward their views regarding the topic.
• ROUND 2 (AMNA SAMNA) : The selected participants for this round will be given maximum 3 minutes where one participant who is in favor of the topic will be presenting his point of view against the participant whose point of view is against the topic.
• ROUND 3 (JUDGES ROUND) : In this round participants will be given on the spot sub theme of the main topic by the judges and the participants will be given maximum 3 minutes to present their point of view on it.
