In Management Funda event we are looking for participant’s conceptual clarity and practical applicability regarding various management concepts like motivation, leadership, perception, culture etc.

The event contains elimination round and two final rounds. Elimination round will be held on 4th, March 2011 and final rounds will be conducted on 5th, March 2011.

K.S. School of Business Management and Senate Hall.

SPECIFICATIONS :

• “ELEMINATION ROUND” : In elimination round, teams have to clear a written test consists of 30 multiple choice questions in 10 minutes on various aspects of management.
• “CRUNCH THE BUG ROUND” : In the 1st round of the event selected teams will be given a case study one hour prior to the event for reading and analyzing. Then each team will have 5 minutes to give the solution of the case at the time of event.
• “CLICK THE CLUE ROUND” : 2nd round will be buzzer round. Each team will be given one clue and from that clue team has to identify management concept on the spot.
• 3 members per team will be allowed.
